Shipping Within Australia

We offer Australia Post  shipping within Australia for free if you spend over $100 or a flat rate fee of $15. Large bulky items we need give quotes.

Express shipping means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 1-2 business days after receiving your shipping notification (which will include your tracking number).

Shipping Worldwide

We offer International shipping worldwide. Shipping cost will depend on location and weight. For orders over 1kg or bulky items we need to get a quote for your parcel. Your parcel will approximately 3-10 business days after receiving your shipping notification (which will include your tracking number).

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund. All items should be returned unworn and in undamaged condition with all designer tags still attached. Returned items that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original tags will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

Please ensure to send us a returns email at askthemermaids@gmail.com indicating if you would like to exchange the item or prefer a refund.

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.

On receiving the return, we will assess the item to confirm that it has been returned unworn and in undamaged condition with all designer tags still attached, and if it has, will proceed with the refund or exchange.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

All swimwear should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed (swimwear) or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.

Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.

Sale items are sold as final sale and will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Faulty Returns Policy

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality and a thorough check of your garment is undertaken before it is sent out. If you receive an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at askthemermaids@gmail.com on receipt and we will try and resolve the problem as fast as possible. Please help us by providing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process.
